We produce lighter version of the style, while still moderately hopped. We’ve decided to concentrate on the aromatics of the hops by using five different varieties to give a more complex & less bitter version of the favourite beer style. Lots of tropical and citrus notes on the nose and palate
Our German Wheat Beer is fermented with a traditional Hefeweizen yeast. It’s full of bright banana notes, a bit of citrus, plus a bit of clove in the background. We modified the traditional recipe a bit using malts you wouldn’t normally see in this style to produce a beer with a bit more weight and malt character.
We have produced a rather full-bodied dark beer with lots of roasted dark malt character. You’ll find notes of coffee, chocolate and caramel. This porter offers some bitterness but is balanced by a sweeter malt profile.
