Barrel Fermented Sauvage
Our Reserve Sauvage is our Nova Scotian Ale, brewed with Horton Ridge Malt & Grain Company malt & local NS yeast strain from Big Spruce Brewing. We fermented this beer in French oak barrels that were previously used for Chardonnay wine. You’ll find notes of pineapple, banana, buttery chardonnay, along with a bit of spice and straw on the finish. Produced to mark our 2 year anniversary.
